You must let me know how this goes. I've been wanting to lose weight for quite awhile now, but nothing ever seems to go right. I joined an aerobics class sponspered by our city government. It was cancelled. Apparently I was the only chubby chick in town who signed up for it. Twice I signed up. Twice it was cancelled. Then I looked for a Weight Watchers in our town. There's a meeting down at one of the churches once a week. And if menopause wasn't affecting my memory so much, I could remember where that church was and actually attend a meeting. Now I'm trying that "eating five small meals a day" thing. Who knew it'd be such a pain in the butt to HAVE to eat so often? lol So you let me know if you learn any secrets or good tips. It's your duty to pass this on to me. I'm old. I need the help. lol

Oh duh! Here's some info to start off with... I went to this doctors office, they gave me a B-12 with hormones....in the bootie. They measured me all over. They weighed me and did my body fat count. Then they asked me what I wanted my goal weight to be. After that, they gave me a weeks worth of diet pills to get you all jazzed up and moving. So we'll see how that goes. They even gave me a free week supply of Lunesta, just incase I end up having troubles sleeping, being all pumped up on those pills....LOL So that's that. Oh, and they put me on a 1200 calorie diet plan. I choose my foods though. So far today I did really good. Couldn't take the pill today but I am tomorrow. ...so I suppose this shall continue....
